When buying a new computer consider a laptop instead of a desktop computer. Laptops are about 90% more efficient then old computers and about 70% more efficient than new desktop computers.
Reduce - Energy Costs on Home Electrics
You can significantly reduce your energy use on home electrical appliance by turning OFF any home entertainment appliances that you rarely use.
